At Store Genie, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it to us for free within 5 days of receiving it.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our 3rd party vendor, Roposo Clout, using the customer service number provided on your invoice or shipping label. All return requests must be directed to this number. You can also reach out to our customer support team at utsaah@diamondore.in to initiate a return.

2. Provide Proof of Purchase and Condition: Roposo Clout will provide a link for you to upload pictures of the product. This step is necessary to verify the condition of the item being returned.

3. Schedule a Pickup: Once your return request is approved, Roposo Clout will arrange for the pickup of the product within 3-4 working days.

Please note that items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return.
